Service Outage Due to OPNsense Backup Hang

The ongoing backup process, which had become stuck, was aborted. Afterward, the OPNsense instance was restarted, restoring full network functionality. Following the restart, all services are now fully operational.

Our services experienced an outage caused by the OPNsense firewall system becoming unresponsive during a scheduled backup process. During this backup, the system hung, resulting in loss of network connectivity to our services.
